3. Free and Premium Features

3.1 Free Version

The App is available for free and includes 5 free game plays. After exhausting the free plays, certain features require a premium upgrade.

3.2 Premium Version

Premium features are available through a one-time in-app purchase. Premium features include:

• Unlimited game plays
• Access to all features without restrictions

Premium purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

4. User Accounts and Data

The App does not require user registration. All game data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• Backing up your data if desired
• Understanding that uninstalling the App will delete all local data

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App to transmit any malicious code or viruses
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
