Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the Block Blaster mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on iOS devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
All designs, code, assets, audio, graphics, and brand trademarks within the App are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or reuse any assets or code from the App without express written consent.
The App is free to play and features advertisements (banners, rewarded video ads). You agree that third-party networks (Google AdMob) may serve these ads. Click fraud, ad blocking manipulation, or modifications to bypass ad walls are strictly prohibited and may result in a ban or resetting of your in-game stats.
All game scores, items purchased in the shop, profile levels, and unlocks are stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any data loss, progress resets, or corruption caused by deleting the app, factory resetting your device, or updating your iOS operating system.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By downloading Block Blaster, you also agree to Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA), which governs your download and use of App Store applications. You can access Apple's EULA details online via Apple's official documentation.
