By downloading, installing, accessing, or using StudyFlow Flash Cards ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
StudyFlow Flash Cards is an educational mobile application that allows users to create, manage, and study flash card sets. The App provides features including but not limited to:
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store within the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

The App may offer premium features that require a subscription or one-time purchase. Premium features are subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify, add, or remove premium features at any time.
If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
Refund requests for subscriptions or in-app purchases should be directed to Apple Support, as all purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not provide direct refunds.
Your flash card data and User Content may be stored locally on your device and, where applicable, synchronized to cloud services. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App may request access to your photo library to allow you to add images to your flash cards. This access is optional and used solely for the purpose of enhancing your flash cards. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App, including its design, features, functionality, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by using the App, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the User Content you create or upload and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
