By downloading or using the BetterRest: Sleep Sounds app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on your mobile device.

2. Premium Subscription

• The Premium subscription unlocks additional features, such as more concurrent sounds in a mix.
• Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Account Settings on the App Store.

3. Intellectual Property

All sounds, graphics, and code within the app are the property of Rick La or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws. You may not extract or reuse any parts of the app for other purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the app.

5. Disclaimer

BetterRest: Sleep Sounds is intended for entertainment and relaxation purposes only. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
