By downloading, installing, or using the application (“App”) provided by SolutionsIO (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement & Terms of Use (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
SolutionsIO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on your personal Device for lawful, personal use.
You may not:
You retain ownership of all Content you create or import using the App.
The App performs processing locally on your Device; SolutionsIO does not upload, access, or store your Content on its servers.
You are responsible for your backups (e.g., iCloud or other storage). You represent that you have the legal right to process any content you import into the App.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

We do not store user-generated content, and we do not sell or share personal information. Limited diagnostic or subscription validation data may be collected to operate the App.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolutionsIO is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including data loss, loss of profits, or loss of use.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these terms or if the App is discontinued.
Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App. Some terms (like liability limits) survive termination.
The App is intended for users 4 years of age and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
SolutionsIO may update this Agreement or the App at any time. Continued use after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance. Updates may install automatically depending on your Device settings.
All trademarks, designs, code, graphics, and content within the App belong to SolutionsIO or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, or create derivative works from the App.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Insert State / Country]. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts located in [Insert Jurisdiction], and you consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect. Failure to enforce a term does not waive our right to enforce it later.
